For a couple of months now, and because of the construction of the remodeled Aníbal Pinto street, a sewer chamber located in the mentioned street and José Joaquín Aguirre, has remained opened, and in numerous times, it has overflowed.
A great number of tourists, and store owners in the craft fair are tired of the filth and infection generated by the chamber. Just a couple of minutes ago, it overflowed again, expelling wastewater, worms and human waste remains, as it is exposed in the following photographs.
People at the craft fair demand the authority to URGENTLY repair the chamber, because of the problems it has caused.
